I was put in a very difficult, stressful position when they decided to discharge my mom early from skilled nursing, and gave me a week to find the right place for her. She also had a few new health issues that made it even more difficult to figure out who could manage the new challenges. Negar was wonderful in helping me find a new place for my mom. She had great communication between me, and the places to tour. Even though it was a complicated situation, Negar made it feel less impossible by having the knowledge and expertise in finding a suitable place for my mom. She had helped her with her parents and said it was so much easier than trying to find a place herself.  My mom has early stage dementia so I wanted a place that would be able to handle her as she ages and where she could move into memory care when she needs to.  Negar was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.  She did everything, from educating me on various options within my price range and needs, to working with the communities and helping me negotiate the pricing.  She knew which facilities could allow her to stay as she ages and which ones could only take her while she's still high functioning, which made the searching way easier.  She gave me options for Irvine and for Newport Beach because that's where me and my brother live.
